At Boers Crew Services, we're not afraid to say it: if anyone can help seafarers get on and off the vessel safely, quickly, and smoothly, it's us. We work across multiple locations in the Schengen area, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, but our headquarters in Schiedam (Rotterdam) will always be our true home port. This is where it all began, and where, to this day, we often achieve the seemingly impossible in a friendly but professional way.

Family business with broad expertise
Our family business has two families at the helm, and our phones have been ringing off the hook since 1946. With 65 employees in our Dutch offices, there is always an expert available to answer questions about everything from visas to finances. Because of our typical Rotterdam 'actions speak louder than words' attitude, we at Boers Nederland take up every request in the 'crew' area. However, we are also open and honest about those applications for which you should approach other companies. After all, we like to do things the right way or not at all.
